GROUP BOOKINGS

GROUP BOOKINGS PAYMENT POLICY

All groups must be pre-paid prior to departure.

Agents without Credit

• Pro-forma invoice
  • Invoices must be requested at time of booking.
  • Agents/Group organiser must advise final client numbers 30 days prior to arrival. Coral Sites & Tours Company Limited will invoice according to final numbers and payment must be received prior to arrival.

Agents with Credit

• No deposit or pre-payment is required.
• It is the responsibility of the group tour company to settle their account within their contracted credit agreement terms with Coral Sites & Tours Company Limited.

Group Cancellation Policy

• All pre-booked groups, cancellations must be received in writing.
• Cancellation should be made in writing (email is acceptable). The deposit is non-refundable and a cancellation will also incur the following charges:-
  • Cancellations are to be accepted in writing only.
  • 30 days and More No Charge
  • 20 – 30 days prior to arrival 50% of full booking value
  • 10 – 19 days prior to arrival 75% of full booking value
  • 1 – 9 days prior to arrival 100% of full booking value

FOC Policy

Group leaders or guides will receive complimentary admission (whilst accompanying group). Any additional FOCs must be approved in advance by the sales department.

SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Final client numbers must be advised 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations within 24 hours and “no shows” or “change of mind” on the day will be charged full payment per booked as per confirmation of the reservation.
• Bookings must be pre-paid according to the Group Bookings Payment Policy.

FIT BOOKING CONDITIONS

Fit Payment Policy

• Agents without Credit
  • Payment must be made prior to departure.
• Agents with credit
  • No deposit or prepayment is required.

Children

• Children, 3 years and under, Free of Charge
• Children aged 4 to 12 years are inclusive, pay 50% of the adult rate
• Children above 13 years are considered as an adult.

Rates And Charges

• Rates quoted are in American Dollars ($USD) and Euros (€) only and are subject to change at any time, with a notice.
• Any verbal quote given is only an estimate of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation.
• All prices and other payments and conditions should be confirmed at the time of booking.
• All payments from overseas bank accounts must pay the invoice in full. Any bank and/or transaction fees are not payable by Coral Sites & Tours Company Limited.
