Surrounded by luxurious gardens with tall palm trees, Diamonds Mapenzi Beach is situated on the Kiwengwa shoreline on the east coast of Zanzibar. It features 3 restaurants, 2 bars and a spa. The rooms at Diamonds Mapenzi Beach are furnished in a traditional East Africa style. Each room has a spacious private patio and the bed is draped in mosquito nets. Ocean Reef, the main restaurant, serves a lavish breakfast, lunch and dinner and special theme nights are arranged weekly.

Nakupenda Pizzeria serves fresh pizza and salads and Suli-Suli Restaurant serves an à la carte menu. Guests can lounge around the swimming pool or take part in water activities arranged by the water sports centre. Tours and excursions such as safaris to Tanzania can also be arranged.
